Taçlan Görgün Smurfs 1972 Istanbul.

After completing his primary, secondary and high school education at FMV Nişantaşı Işık High School;

Between 91-93, he studied at Bilkent University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. Later, he continued his education in Boğaziçi Tourism Hotel Management department. She attended Bahçeşehir University Government School of Politics 2010 term.

He took lessons on pencil drawing and watercolor techniques at Renaissance Art Workshop and Point Sanat before entering fine arts. After his business life in the hospitality sector; In 2004, he established the "Look Art Studio" workshop / gallery in Nişantaşı, Istanbul with his partner. In addition to his abstract works on canvas, he designed popart products by applying digital works to objects such as furniture, lamps and accessories.

In his acrylic and oil paintings, he sometimes embellishes the imaginary forms with travel experiences and transfers them to the canvas with fantastic utopian surreal stories, sometimes in three-dimensional textured forms. His work is based on a series of stories. These stories are accounts of human relations, contradictions, nature, and utopia, imagined, seen or experienced.

2004 Galata attended the Istanbul Design Week design fair with a library design in DNA form on the theme of 'the future of design'; structural changes that will occur as a result of humanity's irresponsible disturbance of nature. He pointed out with his design that human DNA and consequently standard ergonomics and design forms will change in the future.

In addition to his work on canvas, he also uses his digital works in decorative product and textile print designs. Other activities include traveling, sports and singing with an amateur group, production.
