Hülya Sedetmen was born in Istanbul in 1967.

She graduated from Levent Vocational High School for Girls, Department of Painting, Yıldız Technical University Vocational School of Serigraphy.

​

Mimar Sinan Un. He attended Yusuf Taktak classes at the painting and sculpture museum and continued his painting studies at Atolye Üçgen, which was established under the leadership of Yusuf Taktak.

​

He participated in various group exhibitions with Atelier Üçgen.

​

Yusuf Taktak, Sadık Altınok, Çiğdem Erbil and Celalettin Tandoğdu were among his painting teachers.

​

He continues his painting works in the workshop he founded in Istanbul.
