ISIK ASLIHAN

 

He was born in 1967 in Istanbul. He graduated from Mimar Sinan University Fine Arts Faculty Ceramic Glass Department in 1993. He received the Antalya 1997 Contribution to Art Award for his art work in 1997. Continuing his art studies in Antalya, the artist took part in personal exhibitions and many group exhibitions and international events at home and abroad. The artist has works in many private collections. He has been working as an Instructor in the Department of Sculpture at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Fine Arts, which he started in 1999.

In 1997, He received an award for the contribution to the arts in Antalya.

The artist who continues the work of art in Antalya, has personal exhibitions, participated in many group exibitions and also international events both domestic and abroad.

The artist's works took part in many private art collections.

Since 1999, Işık Aslıhan is a lecturer at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture.
